Terms & Conditions
Payment is by the week, and must be made prior to the first session of the week. Payment can be by bank transfer or PayPal. All sessions must be taken within that week (Monday-Sunday) and cannot be carried forward. If you do not come online for your session at the agreed time that session is lost. Your SkyFit trainer must be informed 24hours prior to a session if you need to reschedule that session. Rescheduling is not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate all our clients. In the event of rescheduling you will be given the choice of all available session times that your trainer can offer. Should you wish to reschedule your session to outside standard operating hours we can often accommodate this but a small extra charge will be levied. (See pricing).
All prospective clients will receive a free consultation via Skype. SkyFit suggest that for individual sessions clients should have a min 3mb but preferably 6mb download speed and 500kb upload speed. For group sessions a min 6mb and preferably 10mb download speed and 1mb upload speed.
